MOLLY
Molly is a Lumizome, combination of lumi for light and zome for the form, hand made in France. It is made up of 90 facets, all carved and perforated in wood from our regions.
The particular arrangement which structures the geometry of the zome takes up the universal frame of the winding, twist which is found everywhere in nature, as well in the mineral, vegetable, as animal worlds. Indeed, the spiral shape resonates all around us whether in the pine cone, in a swarm of bees, in DNA, in buds, in the galaxy etc.
More personally, Molly is a tribute to my grandmother, reckless and in love with nature, whose name comes from the Latin "mel" resulting in honey.
